So there was no dehydration today, nobody fell in the pool, and nobody got too dirty. The day started off explosively at the attic church "vida life" (translated "life, life") where an excellent service was held with lots of sweating, running, jumping, whistling, singing, and dancing. The worship and message were translated in both English and Spanish, and we learned, a whole 2 hours and 14 minutes later, that church here ends when nearly the entire congregation has passed out. Immediately following the experience, we left the attic and picnicked just outside the church under a beautiful canopy. PB&J, turkey and cheese sandwiches, were among the delicacies joined by carrot sticks and potato chips. After lunch, we took a Sunday drive to the countryside, taking exactly 13 turns, speed tackling 16 bumps, until we arrived at the construction site for the future home of Delia and her family, located adjacent to a bumpy road and a farm, consisting of puppies, chickens, turkeys, geese, ducks, and more! After countable hours of playing, digging, hauling, pouring, and pounding, we completed the base layer of the future kitchen. Shay and Mauricio carried a rock, boulder more like it, estimated weighing somewhere in the vicinity of 700 pounds. Meanwhile, the smaller people, for instance, Hans, carried less sizable boulders to the foundation and threw them in their places. Still others busied themselves inside, like Beth and Ryan, playing games and reading literature with the small children. After we filled in what felt like 5,000,000 sq. ft. of space, we prayed in the aforementioned notoriously bumpy road with and for Delia and her family. The moment moved many as blessings were shared in both English and Spanish amongst the nondenominational teen mission group, the Back2Back staff, and chaperones. Afterwards, we boarded the vans caked in dirt and sweat, combining for the chemical power product of mud. Also love. When we arrived back at the casa, a piping, steaming meal of POLLO FELIZ (Happy Chicken) was awaiting our salivating tongues. Quite ironically, there was a persistently crowing rooster that very persistently crowed during our prayer in the aforementioned aforementioned notoriously bumpy road. After the feast, we were all in a quite feliz mood because of the POLLO FELIZ. That night, which is now, Shay and Hans sat down near the kitchen to write this gift to the world that you are so blessed to be reading with your own eyes at this moment. Now we are signing to play some fantastically fun games with the rest of the group. By the way, we did not forget it was father's day, so this is our gift to all fathers. Even if you are not a blood related father of Shay or Hans, we wish you a happy Father's Day. Think of us simply as sons in Christ. Adios amigos. Buenos nachos.

This was one of the most inspiring and touching heartfelt posts I've ever read. I laughed. I cried. It was better than CATS. (But who likes cats anyway)
